Thanks to the kindness and support of our community, Caring for Cats helped 24 cats and kittens find their forever homes in August. That’s 24 purrs echoing through living rooms, 24 laps now happily claimed, and 24 families whose lives are brighter because of a new furry friend.

Since January 1, an incredible 160 cats have been adopted through our no-kill shelter. Each one of those adoptions represents not just a new beginning for a cat in need, but also a reminder of what happens when people come together for a shared mission. With your donations, we’re able to provide the food, litter, healthcare, and safe shelter that give cats the time they need to heal, trust, and prepare for adoption.

Behind every happy adoption is a network of volunteers and supporters who make it all possible, the people who scoop litter boxes, cuddle shy kittens, drive cats to veterinary appointments, and share our posts so others can discover their new best friend. Because of you, cats who once faced uncertain futures are now thriving in homes where they are cherished and loved.
