CHECKLIST FOR BEFORE YOU USE ZOOM FOR THE FIRST TIME:
Via a Desktop or Laptop Computer:
✅ Webcam ✅ Headset of Earbuds (with a built-in microphone.)
The computer is nice because it gives you a larger view of the group, but if you do not have a webcam or microphone on your computer, then using the smartphone App is your best option and it’s stable and easy to use.

Via a Phone or Tablet:
DOWNLOAD the apps for iPhone, iPad, or Android products HERE.
After you download the app, open this page the same device, and follow the instructions in the “Attend a Zoom Meeting” section below.

TO ATTEND A REGULAR ZOOM MEETING:
To ATTEND a Zoom meeting, just CLICK HERE at the time of your meeting either on your desktop or laptop computer OR on your iPhone, iPad, or Android smartphone.

AUDIO ISSUES? If you have a challenge with audio, you can also attend via a phone call.

Our all-volunteer survey for 2026 is live! Volunteers are invoted to give their feedback by filling out this survey. We haven’t done a large survey like this since 2021 and we’d love your feedback before June 12. You may also drop an anonymous comment or concern in the suggestion box by the sign in book.

ANNUAL LEADERSHIP MEETING

The Annual Leadership meeting will be held June 14 at the Oakdale Public Library at 2pm. The meeting this year is for shift leads, the shelter leadership team, and the board to get together. We’ll chat about the survey results, the shelter’s financial health and have the chance to meet one another in person. RSVP for this meeting at cfc@caringforcatsmn.org.
