November is a month for giving, and we’re kicking it off with an exciting opportunity to make an even bigger difference for cats in need!

Give to the Max Day, Minnesota’s annual celebration of generosity, is November 19, but you don’t have to wait until then to make an impact. Early giving starts today, and we’re inviting our Caring for Cats cat-munity to help us reach an ambitious goal of $15,000!

And here’s the really exciting news: thanks to a generous anonymous donor, the first $15,000 in donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar! That means we have the opportunity to raise $30,000 for the cats who depend on us.

At Caring for Cats, we believe every cat deserves a safe place to land, no matter how long it takes to find the right forever home.

Some of our cats are ready to charm their way into someone’s heart the moment they arrive. Others need a little more time, patience, medical care, or encouragement before they’re ready for their next chapter.

As a no-kill shelter, we don’t put time limits on our cats. We give them the space and care they need to feel safe, build confidence, and let their personalities shine. For some, that journey takes weeks. For others, it may take months or longer.
